Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing info@amelia-london.uk  before 5:00 PM on the same day the order was placed. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Your order date

Important: If your order is already processed, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the package once it is delivered.


Service & Warranty

At Amelia London, we stand for quality and reliability.

  • If a product shows a defect not visible at purchase, you must report it within a reasonable timeframe after discovery.

  • If, in our assessment, the defect is not caused by normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance, Amelia London will repair or replace the item within a reasonable period.

  • If the product is misused, altered, or not maintained according to instructions, you will not be entitled to repair, replacement, or compensation.

Please note: Damage to glass, straps, crowns/stems, and batteries is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, your statutory warranty rights as a consumer remain fully valid.
